Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
Due to the sterile nature of our products, opened items cannot be returned for safety reasons.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@bacwaterstore.com
with photos of the issue. We will replace or refund as appropriate.
Non-Returnable Items
Sterile or perishable lab items cannot be returned once opened.
